How do I return my order?

In order for us to refund your order, it must be in the same condition as it was received. This means: with the hygienic sticker, clean, with no signs of having been used and in its original packaging. These are the steps you must follow:

  • Write an email to pedidos@queltonshop.com to let us know that you want to return an order. If possible, in the subject line of the email write Return order (Order number).

  • Write on the returns form the order number and the reason why you are returning the garment (e.g. It fits me too small, I was expecting something else, I don't want it anymore...) Prepare the package with its original packaging and the returns form with the above mentioned data inside. This way, we will identify you quickly.

  • Take the package to your nearest or trusted transport agency and send it to the following address: Ángela Queraltó, Calle Pino Albar 24, 41016, Sevilla.

In case the package is lost, please send the proof of shipment given to you by the shipping agency to our email pedidos@queltonshop.com. In case of loss of the package, no refund will be possible.

How do I exchange the size or for another product?

It must be in the same condition as it was received. This means: with the hygienic sticker, clean, without signs of having been used and in its original packaging. If you are thinking of changing size or for another garment / model, these are the steps you must follow:

  • Write an email to pedidos@queltonshop.com. If possible, in the subject of the email write: Change Order (Order Number). This way, we will answer you more quickly.

  • Write in the return form the order number, the reason why you want to change the size or another model of the web (e.g. I want one size more, it does not look like the one on the web, I like another model,...etc).
  • Prepare the package in its original packaging and the returns form with the information inside and take it to the nearest courier company to this address: Ángela Queraltó, Calle Pino Albar 24, 41016, Sevilla.
